Herbal Tea Blending 101

Join Juniper Natural Health for a hands-on workshop where you’ll learn the basics of herbal medicine and how to craft your own delicious herbal tea blends.

In this beginner-friendly class, we’ll cover the foundations of herbal medicine, introduce a few versatile herbs, and walk through how to formulate a great-tasting and effective herbal tea. You’ll have the opportunity to taste a selection of herbal teas and create your own custom blend to take home (with recipes provided if you’d like inspiration).

All herbs and materials are included, and you’ll leave with detailed handouts on herbal medicine basics and tea formulation.

This self-paced course provides you with in-depth knowledge of your hormones and how to best prepare your body for conception, naturally. You’ll receive guidance on what labs and supplements are worth the time and money. The course includes diet plans, biweekly support calls, and access to Dr. Green’s labshop.

Attendees will be able to sample herbs and will leave with detailed handouts on holistic perimenopause support.
